4. Mentoring Service Terms

• The 1:1 mentoring is a personalized advisory service, booked and paid for through the enabled system (Calendly and Stripe).
• User assistance and support are provided exclusively by email: support@daveops.sh.
• The mentoring service is available only to individuals over 18 years of age.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Payments are processed via Stripe using credit card.
• Appointments can be canceled and fully refunded up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• To cancel or request a refund, please write to support@daveops.sh.
• No refunds will be issued after the mentoring session has been held.

5. Limitation of Liability
